The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Project Manager who can leverage their IT expertise to work with the Fleet to understand their needs and challenges to deliver a world-class IT experience. You will create well-designed project plans to assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
You know that project managers touch every part of an organization and wear multiple hats, from caring for the client and their meaningful project goals to participating in organizational development and being a key contributor to team success.
What You'll Work On:
- Work directly with clients and external stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional team support, coordination, planning, collaboration, and execution tasks are aligned with program and project goals.
- Empower our clients through effective communication, ensuring the program achieves its goals, and meets our quality standards.
- Engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic schedules to manage and report progress.
- Leverage Agile methodologies to lead client engagement sessions in support of development planning and execution.
- Write and deliver executive leadership-level communications and briefings.
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience supporting, planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering IT projects
- 7+ years of experience in Department of Defense (DoD)/Department of War (DoW) program or project management
- Experience supporting the Department of the Navy including fleet operations, command structures, and Echelon II commands
- Experience developing senior-level briefings and written products, including white papers, executive summaries, and analysis and translating technical information for non-technical audiences
- Experience operating within Agile frameworks, including Agile principles and tools such as Kanban boards and project tracking applications such as Azure Dev Ops, Service Now, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale IT projects or programs including IT concepts and best practices to develop client solutions
- Experience with stakeholder management and coordination, including implementing actions to support mission objectives and organizational goals
- Experience engaging with senior military or government officials, including briefing and coordination at the O-6 and GS-15 level or higher
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience supporting Naval Network Warfare Command (NNWC), Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), or Navy Cyber Defense Operations Command (NCDOC)
- Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) service lifecycle or IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
