Role Overview
The Service Now Engineer supports the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Service Now platform within the Division of Information Technology (DIT) at the University of Maryland, College Park. The position supports all implemented modules and requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design easy-to-use solutions.
What You Will DoCustomize and configure Service Now, integrate it with external applications, work with business stakeholders, analyze business problems, and maintain documentation of technical designs and development activities.

The position offers the opportunity to work with a large-scale implementation of Service Now and contribute to the development of the platform.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of professional experience implementing and managing enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of applications support, servers, storage, workstations, middleware, private and public clouds, and physical facilities
- Skill in oral and written communication
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
