What You'll Be Doing:
- Initiate, integrate, manage, assess, and provide focused analysis in support of research, development, acquisitions, and critical infrastructure priorities.
- Interact frequently with Government leadership, program personnel, counterintelligence mission partners, and contract support teams.
- Develop comprehensive analytic assessments, identify relevant operational considerations, and recommend how counterintelligence activities should be integrated to support customer missions and objectives.
- Produce finished intelligence and support approved external engagements across the Intelligence Community.
- Provide subject matter expertise to help prioritize topics of interest.
- Conduct research supporting reports, database development, and other activities required to meet Government customer needs.
- Prepare collection-management-related analytic reports, support interagency coordination and liaison, and develop briefings and strategic communications.
Must be a graduate of any of the following Military Department Courses:
- Army - 35F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - 351F Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army
- Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) - Army - 35M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Army - 351M Course (or Military Department / IC equivalent)
- Air Force
-Basic Special Investigators Course (BISC), - U.S. Air Force Special Investigations Academy, or predecessor.
- Navy
- Special Agent Basic Training Program (SABTB), - Naval Criminal Investigative Service Training Academy, or predecessor.
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an All-Source Analyst Minimum 5 years of experience in RDA Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:
- Understanding of Intelligence Cycle Understanding of Intelligence Support/Role in the MDMP Familiarization with DCGS-A
- Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication and negotiating skills, presenting and advocating for analytic methodologies.
- Must demonstrate the ability to write in a clear, concise manner, targeted at senior leader communication.
- Must possess familiarity with various Intelligence Community software and systems.
- Must possess proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to work in a high-operational tempo environment.
- Must be able to work both independently or as a member of a team.
- Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities and activities as needed.
* College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.
