Experienced retail manager? We're looking for YOU.

We're an established, fast-paced fashion resale store looking for a hands‑on Assistant Manager who can step in and run the store when the Manager is away.

This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who already knows how to lead a retail team, drive sales, solve problems, and keep a store running smoothly.

• Leading day-to-day store operations
• Opening/closing and handling operational issues
• Coaching, training, scheduling & holding staff accountable
• Driving sales and monitoring performance
• Customer service & problem resolution
• Merchandising, inventory & product flow
• Hiring/onboarding and employee development
• Social media, promotions & local marketing
• Helping manage resale/buying operations
• Maintaining a fun, energetic, organized store environment

• Previous retail management or assistant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales & merchandising experience
• Experience with scheduling, training and employee accountability
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Excellent organization and follow-through
• A hands‑on, "see it and fix it" attitude
• Flexibility to work weekends and open/close as needed

Fashion, boutique, resale, consignment or specialty retail experience is a BIG plus.

We need someone who can walk through the door and lead. If you're a mature experienced retail professional who enjoys working with people, understands how to drive sales, and is ready to take real responsibility—not just collect a title—we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
