Program OverviewDCCA is recruiting candidates to support cutting‑edge research and engineering in the physical sciences for a government research and innovation lab. The contractor will provide world‑class researchers and critical facility, security, administration, networking, and cybersecurity support.
Responsibilities- Oversee all contract efforts and serve as primary point of contact for government counterparts.
- Lead execution of the contract, updating stakeholders on progress.
- Interface with government leadership on daily contractor activities and provide programmatic knowledge.
- Maintain ownership of assigned work across the contract.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Minimum 10 years experience as a program/project manager on programs valued $15–25 M per year.
- At least 1 year managing funds using earned value management (EVM) or similar.
- Certified PMP, FAC‑P/PM mid‑level, or DAWIA Level 2.
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.
- Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Experience with NSA, IC, or research organization focused contracts such as DARPA or IARPA.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Material Science, Physical Science, Physics, or related management degree.
- Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, sensing, advanced computer systems, solid state/quantum information sciences programs.
- Experience with laboratory operations, facility management, and support services.
- Experience with IT network operations, LAN/WAN/Wireless, desktop/server ops, system administration, security architectures.
