Retail Display Installer – Technology

Job Location:

Market – SS – MD – Washington DC; travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Work Monday–Friday (no weekends required). Hire for the role of Field Service Representative for major tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

• Respond to field services management within 24 hours and keep availability accurately updated.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complete all job assignments on or before the scheduled end date.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures according to plan‑ograms and client directives.
• Maintain and update displays throughout the assignment, completing required forms, images, and surveys.
• Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and in teams of two or more when needed, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist team members and contribute to the team’s success as required.
• Adhere to accurate time‑card submission and report anomalies daily with necessary corrections.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment and complete training and certification programs.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Be available for weekend assignments as needed.

• Age / Eligibility: 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability:
  Flexible Monday through Friday with weekend, holiday, early‑morning, and late‑night availability.
• Physical Abilities:
  Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptability:
  Adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Effective phone, text, and e‑mail communication; use a smartphone for time‑keeping, photo capture, and app communication.
• Education:
  
  High‑school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not required.
• Experience:
  
  Hands‑on experience with retail installation and merchandising; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
• Technology:
  Own an Android or iOS device capable of uploading photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Transportation & Travel:
  Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
• Leadership & Communication:
  Strong professional communication; decision‑making; problem‑solving; autonomous work; excellent time‑management.

• Hourly pay starting at $17.50, commensurate with experience and location.
• Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
• Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
• Paid training on all job‑related responsibilities.
• Flexible self‑scheduling options or fixed shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork in a rolling 30‑day period.
