In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of specialized tracking applications, writing clean, efficient code using Power Query M, DAX, Java, and Python to develop critical fingerprinting capabilities that identify cyber threat actors through behavioral signatures. DB structures, and fulfill custom ingest requests through robust RESTful APIs and Git Lab CI/CD pipelines across Open Shift environments.

The annual base salary range for this role is $216,000 - $256,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

• Clearance:
  Active Fully-Cleared with Poly (TS/SCI with MD Polygraph).
• Power BI Engineering:
  Expert proficiency in advanced data visualizations in Power BI using Power Query M code and DAX.
• Database Design:
  Deep background in database design, schema layout, and SQL query optimization using Postgre
  
  SQL.
• API Development:
  Experience building and maintaining robust RESTful APIs for secure data exchange.
• Modern Environments:
  Experience with microservices frameworks and containerized environments.
• Scripting Infrastructure:
  Proficient in Python to manipulate data and automate system ingest.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of twenty (20) years of experience as a Software Engineer on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Substitution:
  Four (4) years of additional software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree (totaling 24 years of experience).

• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop features and Power BI Report Server Administration.
• Java development experience (Java 17 / Spring Framework
  6).
• Operational stability experience in a Windows environment.
• Experience collaborating with engineering partners and customers to debug and resolve complex data visualization issues.
