About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Software Developer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more.
Responsibilities- Join an established, high-performing team responsible for the sustainment, enhancement, and modernization of mission- critical security applications that support essential operational functions across the enterprise.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support. Help identify opportunities to improve system functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be challenged to solve complex technical problems, implement system enhancements, and support modernization initiatives that directly impact mission success.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects while balancing independent work with collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Engage with technical leads and team members to evaluate emerging technologies, improve development practices, and support the ongoing evolution of critical sustainment systems.
- An active security clearance with polygraph.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and three (3) years of experience in software development/engineering. Seven (7) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
- Experience working with the AWS Platform.
- Experience working in an Agile Development Team.
- Experience working with Git for source code management.
- Experience with GOTS products.
- Experience with Engine

The estimated salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual’s education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
