Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an experienced Software Developer with demonstrated experience in leading and directing a team providing operations and maintenance support to deployed suites of application software.

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs.
• Contribute to the performance and success of warfighters for a program focused on Distance Learning (DL).
• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.
• Develop specifications and performance requirements.
• Update software or enhance existing software capabilities.
• Work with computer hardware engineers to integrate hardware and software systems.
• Maintain databases within an application area while working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
• Research, test, build, and integrate new products and major enhancements.

• Active Secret Clearance
• Master’s Degree and 10 years experience OR Bachelor’s Degree and 14 years experience
• At least 2 years of the experience must be in developing systems code using C++, C#, Java, and JavaScript.
• At least 5 years of the experience must be in development on agile projects consisting of at least 2 teams of 5 people.
• Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) from ISC
  2.
• Expertise in designing, maintaining, and improving enterprise computing applications.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards.
• Experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
