Description:

Tiber is seeking a Software Engineer / Data Analyst to join a fast‑paced engineering team focused on building and integrating modern software and data‑driven solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy applications that leverage AI/ML technologies, automation, and scalable cloud‑native architectures. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and data analysts to develop prototypes, enhance existing systems, and support the delivery of production‑ready capabilities.

This position requires comfort working in dynamic environments where requirements evolve and rapid iteration is expected.

• Experience working with AI/ML platforms, tools, or workflows
• Production‑level software development experience in Python or Java Script
• Experience deploying and managing production services in cloud or distributed environments
• Experience with containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience with agentic AI tools or AI‑assisted development platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Codex)
• Additional programming language experience (e.g., Java, C, or similar)
• Experience building web applications using JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue
• Experience working with cybersecurity‑related datasets (e.g., network traffic, OS logs, or event data)
• Familiarity with large‑scale data processing or analytics environments
• Experience in production‑scale data analysis or security‑focused engineering environments

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Must hold an active clearance with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

• This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
