$21.00 – $24.00 per hour

As an Accounting Processor, you’ll play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate, timely processing of financial information.

In this role, you will:

• Process purchase orders and invoices accurately and efficiently
• Assist with resolving billing issues and discrepancies
• Manage and track utility-related transactions
• Scan and maintain organized accounting documentation
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support daily operations

• 2+ years of related accounting or administrative experience
• Data entry experience with strong accuracy
• Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and problem-solving abilities
