Core Responsibilities:

• Review and oversee tax engagements for a diverse portfolio of business and individual clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering high-quality tax guidance and fostering strong client relationships.
• Mentor and support tax professionals while helping maintain efficient engagement workflows.
• Partner with firm leadership to strengthen client service and contribute to the continued success of the practice.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with a strong technical foundation in tax compliance and review.
• Background with a national, regional, or similarly complex public accounting firm, or comparable tax experience in industry.
• CPA preferred, with partnership candidates ultimately requiring licensure; support is available for those pursuing certification.
• Collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and an interest in contributing to a values-driven organization.
