Sales Assistant
We're seeking someone who wakes up each morning with boundless enthusiasm to deliver a world‑class home‑buying experience to families searching for their perfect home. The Model Home Host is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, showcasing model and inventory homes, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Warmly welcome guests, creating a positive and professional first impression while ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated. Provide relevant marketing materials and ensure a positive experience.
- Support the visitor registration process to maintain accurate records.
- Showcase the benefits and features of the model and inventory homes to potential buyers.
- Manage incoming phone calls, record detailed messages, and promptly route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain professionalism in both appearance and conduct, exemplifying the RNL’s high standards.
- Document guest feedback meticulously and communicate it to the sales team, including recording each interaction and registering each guest.
- Ensure the model home is well‑maintained daily, overseeing its opening and closing procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team as needed.
- Occasionally handle urgent projects under tight deadlines, demonstrating adaptability and efficiency.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively connect with prospective buyers across diverse interest levels and personality types.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Always maintains a professional demeanor.
- Proven closing abilities, including securing appointments and commitments.
- A collaborative team player with experience working in cross‑functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with frequent interruptions.
- Self‑driven and highly capable of working autonomously.
- Limited travel involved; candidates must own or lease a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Capable of uploading photos, editing and managing data, and performing various web‑based tasks.
