We're looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to become the organizational backbone of our growing companies. This is not your typical desk job. • Assist with answering incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
• Maintain an organized office space

• Property Management or Real Estate Experience Preferred
• Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
• Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers.
• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Google suite.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
