C. Sinn ’00 Department of Finance is seeking a highly organized and dedicated*
* ** Program Coordinator II
** to play a vital role in providing administrative and operational support for undergraduate and graduate advising services. In this collaborative position, you'll coordinate student-focused initiatives, support recruiting and advising events, and manage key communications and academic resources. Working closely with advisors, faculty, program directors, and departmental leadership, you'll provide the support to help advance student success. Ideal candidates will bring experience in administrative support and advising, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced academic environment.
Familiarity with Texas A&M systems such as Howdy, Compass, Navigate, and other advising platforms will be valuable as you assist with student records, reporting, and program operations. ** What You Need to Know
**** Salary:** $55,000 - $60,000/annually (Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience).

Education and Experience:
*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Four years of experience in higher education, advising or closely related fields.
** A Well-Qualified Candidate Will Also Possess:
*** Knowledge of Howdy, Compass, Navigate, and other TAMU advising systems.
* Three years advising or closely related experience.
* Experience in administrative support.
* Knowledge of Argos & experience with using the software.
* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related.
* Technology proficient, including working knowledge of Canvas, Zoom, and other web-based tools.
* Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
** Opportunities to Contribute
**** Academic Support
*** Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of Department of Finance undergraduate and graduate programs.
* Provide assistance to graduate advisors in executing yearly department recruiting event, which hosts over 200 students.
* Update and format academic resources, including the Mays Student Handbook and various department level flyers and resources.
* Monitor Department of Finance merch inventory and reorder items, as needed.
* Maintaining FERPA form and track department submissions.
* Distribute department, program, and/or employer events to students through department listserv. Maintain listserv access and update, as needed.
* Actively monitor and triage shared inboxes. Respond to general inquiries and/or forward to the appropriate program for response.
* Create and distribute various academic reports to stakeholders.
* Manage course accessibility process and track faculty accessibility rating.
* Provide support to the Assistant Director of Academic Services & Engagement in the course and syllabus review process.
** Program Support
*** Administrative support to the Corporate Finance Program, including providing final grades and GPA information to Director, sending out Final date to receive applications reminders, keeping accurate records of program students.
* Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Minor and Track, including tracking student applications and providing data to Real Estate Programs Director.
* Participates and assists with other marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
