Previous Microsoft Excel, bookkeeping, and basic finance experience are required. Perks:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist with weekly and monthly financial reporting, maintain confidential financial records, and ensure information is organized, accurate, and up to date. Review and process vendor invoices, verify calculations and coding accuracy, and complete monthly vendor statement reconciliations. Utilize strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills to manage spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations, data organization, reporting, and other administrative functions. Manage phone and email inquiries with professionalism while building positive working relationships with coworkers, leadership, clients, students, and families.
