Join Our Team as the Friendly Face of Our Company – Front Desk Receptionist (Part-Time)
Are you someone who loves making people feel welcome? Do you take pride in keeping things organized, polished, and running smoothly? We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the heartbeat of our front office—a professional, personable multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment.
As the first person our guests, customers, and visitors meet, you’ll set the tone for every interaction. Whether it’s a warm greeting, a helpful phone call, or a quick answer to an account question, your impact will be felt company wide.
What You’ll Do:
- Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller.
- Answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro.
- Keep our company directory updated and accurate.
- Process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence.
- Perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems.
- Assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk.
- Share helpful info about our events, sales, and services—you're in the know!
- Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and looking great.
- Help keep the office humming—track supplies, place orders, and submit maintenance requests as needed.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role.
- Friendly, polished communication—both in person and over the phone.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- A “can-do” attitude, sharp attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks gracefully.
- A welcoming personality and a genuine love of helping others.

:
Up to 6 hours/day, Monday through Friday (not to exceed 29 hours/week) - Benefits
