Position SummaryThe Campus Project Manager serves as an owner's representative to monitor and report on Contractor's performance. This role focuses on oversight, compliance, and documentation—not execution of project work.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversight & Compliance
- Monitor Contractor performance against contract scope and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with University standards and requirements
- Identify risks/issues and elevate as needed
- Prepare daily activity reports
- Maintain records of decisions, communications, and progress
- Submit weekly executive status reports
- Track KPIs, milestones, and risks
- Attend all project meetings
- Document minutes and action items
- Track follow-ups and completion
- Provide objective updates to University leadership
- Assess Contractor effectiveness and recommend corrective actions
- No responsibility for executing project work
- Responsible for oversight, documentation, and escalation only
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years in project oversight or construction administration
- Strong knowledge of contracts and compliance
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Third-party PM oversight experience
- Regular meetings and coordination with stakeholders
