Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction from start to finish, ensuring projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and scheduling goals. Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:Schedule, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors for each phase of construction
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations
Monitor daily job site progress to maintain quality standards and project timelines
Update construction schedules and communicate progress with subcontractors and management
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites in accordance with OSHA requirements
Manage homeowner communication and overall customer experience throughout the build
Conduct homeowner orientations and buyer walkthroughs prior to closing
Schedule, track, and follow up on warranty and punch-list items
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, homeowners, and city officials
Meet or exceed construction cycle time goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Follow company processes, policies, and procedures consistently

Construction Superintendent Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Superintendent
Previous experience in residential construction or build-out construction preferred
Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and email
High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
Ability to work a flexible schedule when project demands require
Professional, ethical, and customer-focused approach to all business interactions
Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving abilities
