As a Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish—leading the build, ensuring quality, and delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.

In this role, you will:

• Drive project timelines and maintain accurate build schedules
• Champion a top-tier customer experience throughout construction
• Ensure job site cleanliness and organization
• Inspect work and enforce high-quality standards
• Manage and submit cost variances accurately
• Oversee projects primarily in the Bryan–College Station area (with flexibility to travel as needed)

• 2–3 years of relevant construction or superintendent experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (ready to travel between communities)
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to turn challenges into positive experiences
• A drive to continuously learn, improve, and grow
