Pre-Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience in industrial construction, pipeline, facilities, fabrication, civil, energy, or related industries.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Experience managing industrial construction projects from award through closeout.
- Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Experience reviewing construction drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Safety, Quality, Accounting, and Customer stakeholders.
- Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with project management software is preferred.

Project Management- Manage assigned construction projects from award through completion while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contract requirements, customer specifications, and Company standards.
- Lead project teams by coordinating field operations, engineering, procurement, quality, safety, accounting, and subcontractors.
- Conduct project meetings and maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to superintendents, foremen, and project staff.
- Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, labor costs, equipment utilization, subcontractor costs, change orders, and overall project profitability.
- Review and approve invoices, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and project expenditures.
- Prepare project forecasts, financial reports, and cost analyses.
- Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and financial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and business partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Manage customer expectations while ensuring timely communication regarding project progress, schedule impacts, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with Company safety policies, customer requirements, and all applicable regulatory standards.
- Promote a culture where safety is the highest priority.
- Coordinate with Safety and QA/QC personnel to ensure inspections, testing, documentation, and turnover requirements are successfully completed.
- Prepare project reports, schedules, forecasts, and other required documentation.
- Identify and communicate project risks, delays, and opportunities.
- Participate in estimating, constructability reviews, and project handoff meetings.
- Travel to project sites as required.
- Work extended hours, weekends, and additional shifts when necessary to support project requirements.
- Follow all Company policies and procedures.
- Obtain certifications required by the Company or Customer, including but not limited to OSHA, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S, BBP, Site Orientations, Operator Qualifications, and other required training.
