Job Description
We are seeking a Service Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information on rentals.
Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about rentals
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Clean restrooms, showers, empty trash cans, pick up trash
- Fill propane tanks
- Comfortable with a computer
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle physical workload (occasionally 40 lbs)
- Detail-oriented
- Dependable
