Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking a Field Service Dispatcher to coordinate dispatch of Field Service Technicians to customer sites when hardware issues arise. You will manage a high volume of calls from customers, technicians and internal staff, and handle parts and supply orders for affiliate companies.
The role includes on-call responsibilities after normal hours, approximately one week per month, with a hybrid work schedule after training.
