A Barista will take customer orders, prepare orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction through expert customer service skills and great attention to detail.

• Display outstanding customer service skills by greeting customers, answering customer complaints and inquiries, and providing friendly, courteous service at all times. Display this same courtesy to co-workers as well, and be professional in appearance and demeanor.
• Receive customer orders and prepare them accurately.
• Communicate appropriately with the Manager to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Demonstrate a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Be willing and able to work additional shifts other than what is posted on weekly schedule.
• Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning and other activities as directed by management.

EDUCATION AND/OR
EXPERIENCE – The store will provide necessary training. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. All other physical requirements will be discussed during the interview process.
