Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural designs and construction documents for projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases.
  • Assist with programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction administration.
  • Utilize Revit and other design software to prepare drawings, specifications, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal project teams.
  • Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, schedules, and budget requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • Licensed Architect preferred, but Architectural Designers pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply.
  • 3+ years of professional architectural experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit required.
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
