The Little Gym of Bryan College Station is seeking a Gym Director to lead our high-energy children’s enrichment facility. This is a hands‑on leadership position combining team development, operations, and exceptional family experiences.

The Little Gym helps children ages 4 months–12 years build confidence, skills, and independence through movement‑based learning in a safe, nurturing environment.

• Coach and develop a positive, high‑performing team

• Have experience in education, preschool, childcare, youth programs, or similar environments

Child development or instructional backgrounds are strongly valued but not required.
