Description

The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for two full-time Academic Professional Track (Non Tenure) faculty positions with a 9-month academic appointment beginning August 1, 2026. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor depending on qualifications.

The successful candidates are expected to teach in the areas of Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development and Change, and Global Management among other management topics. For these positions, we seek qualified members who have interest or experience in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level (e.g., BBA, MBA, MS, professional MBA, executive MBA) in the synchronous and asynchronous formats. Position may involve teaching in summer semesters as well.

The teaching load will be six courses per year. Other service expectations are commensurate with the position level.
