Looking for a leadership role where you can continue impacting children’s lives while growing professionally?
The Little Gym of Bryan College Station is seeking a Gym Director to lead our high-energy children’s enrichment facility. This is a hands-on leadership position combining team development, operations, and exceptional family experiences.
With 300+ locations worldwide, The Little Gym helps children ages 4 months–12 years build confidence, skills, and independence through movement-based learning in a safe, nurturing environment.

What You’ll Lead- Coach and develop a positive, high-performing team
- Deliver outstanding experiences for children and families
- Oversee daily operations and staffing
- Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum
- Drive enrollment and community relationships
- Maintain a polished, welcoming facility
- Have experience in education, preschool, childcare, youth programs, or similar environments
- Naturally create organized, supportive spaces for children to succeed
- Enjoy mentoring teammates and guiding families
- Bring professionalism, warmth, and confident leadership
- Are energized by fast-paced days that make a real difference
Child development or instructional backgrounds are strongly valued but not required.
