The Opportunity

We are searching for a faithful, hard-working Youth Director to lead our Youth Ministry (Grades 7-12) and to support God’s work in all of our Next Gen ministries under the oversight of our Equipping Pastor.

Our Church

We exist to preserve and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to make mature disciples of all nations for the glory of God. Since 2009, we have faithfully proclaimed the Good News of Jesus to thousands of people, and have had the privilege of discipling many of those through our classes, small groups, and ministry programs. While it is difficult to summarize our church in a few brief statements, we are:

  • Faithful, seeking to honor God and obey his Word in everything we do
  • Committed, both to God and to one another as members of the body of Christ
  • Healthy, enjoying unity and peace among our leaders and members
  • Growing, with over 200 adult members and 325 in average weekly attendance
  • Young, ministering to scores of families with children at home and over 100 college students
  • Invested, making significant financial contributions toward staffing, facilities, and programming
  • Hopeful, especially as we envision a future where the growing number of 7th-12th grade students are pursued and discipled by a faithful, hard-working Youth Director
Our Community

College Station is a rapidly-growing university town located near the center of the “Texas Triangle” including Austin, Houston, and Dallas. Our city has been ranked as the 3rd “best performing city” in the state, which is a measurement of economic strength and quality of life. College Station offers most of the amenities of larger cities without the higher costs, congestion, and pollution.

It is a family-friendly community with outstanding public schools, as well as quality options for private schooling and homeschooling. Texas A&M University is the largest employer and a primary focus of the community, with many citizens regularly attending sporting events and artistic performances on campus. There are a good number of healthy, faithful churches and parachurch ministries in our community, and there is an unusual spirit of fellowship and cooperation between nearly all of them.

College Station is an outstanding community in which to live, work, and minister.
