The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic Technical Director for our Fuels & Natural Resources (F&) Sector, focused on Industrial Water Solutions. As a key leader in this Director-level role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our water solutions for various industrial clients globally, including data centers, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, mining, oil & gas, technology, and heavy industry/manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture relationships with key industrial water clients and collaborate with the sales force to identify business opportunities.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives centered on enhancing client relationships and project execution in high‑purity environments.
- Act as a mentor and provide guidance to the Project Management Team regarding industrial water solutions.
- Compile and integrate capabilities from different F& groups into comprehensive client service offerings.
- Attract and develop talent to strengthen our regional and solution teams.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and prepare marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Over 20 years of experience in Industrial Water, preferably within semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in business development and client‑facing roles focused on acquiring professional services.
- Experience executing strategic planning and leading project teams successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
We offer hybrid or flexible work options following the first 90 days of employment based on performance. The job may entail working in typical office and construction environments, as well as exposure to extreme weather conditions, noise, safety hazards, and chemicals. Physical requirements include the ability to sit, walk, talk, read, write, and lift up to 40 pounds.
