JOIN THE 12th MAN FOUNDATION TEAM!

The 12th Man Foundation is seeking qualified candidates for our part-time Ticketing Events Assistant position. Responsibilities include providing superior customer service to all customers at athletic events in accordance with the mission of the 12th Man Foundation. The most common duties include operating ticket windows, distributing tickets for student ticket admittance events, and basic clerical tasks.

Interviews are ongoing an estimated start date in late  addition to the schedule for football season, employees have the opportunity to work Texas A&M basketball, soccer, volleyball, baseball, softball, track, and other ticketed events such as concerts. Most events are after 5:00 PM and on weekends. There are events during holiday breaks including winter and Spring Break.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Arrive promptly to all scheduled shifts and events

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, public, faculty/staff, students, and other external customers through timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns or requests.

Utilize information disseminated from Ticketing Department, such as sales information notes or specific communication from manager

Respond to customers’ requests and inquires accurately; refer customer to most qualified internal contact if unable to resolve.

Work effectively in automated ticketing software

Accurately manage cash drawers when assigned; responsible for counting cash at the end of shift

Follow NCAA rules pertaining to student-athletes, recruits, high school coaches and Athletic Department staff

Maintain dress code standards as appointed by supervisor
