Our team is full of financial planning nerds who are intelligent, curious, and dedicated to their craft. We love what we do and are seeking a Senior Financial Planner who shares this passion and enthusiasm to join our team in delivering exceptional financial planning services to our clients.
Responsibilities- Engage in Deep Financial Discussion & Analysis: Provide objective, unbiased financial advice to a diverse mix of clients by evaluating financial planning opportunities and addressing general client financial needs. Engage in in-depth discussions with clients about their financial goals and how to achieve them.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and deepen relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings. We believe in building relationships that last, based on trust and mutual respect.
- Lead with Expertise: Lead the development, presentation, and implementation of comprehensive financial plans. Your expertise will be the guiding force behind our clients’ financial success.
- Create Advanced Projections and Plans: Develop sophisticated retirement projections, income tax projections and estimates, risk management analyses, and estate plans. Your recommendations will be the cornerstone of our clients’ financial futures.
- Mentor the Next Generation: Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing your knowledge and passion.
Required Qualifications:
- CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation or Equivalent (CFA, CPA, JD)
- 5 years of experience in the financial planning industry & min. 2 years in a financial planning role.
- A “no job is beneath me” attitude and a belief that working together as a team is the best way to serve clients.
- 30 Days of Leave/Paid Office Closures
- Flexible Work Hours – We know life happens between 8 to 5 too.

- Continuing Education – paid professional dues, conference attendance, and training
- Position type – Full-time
- Work schedule – 40 hours / week, Monday – Friday 8AM – 5PM
