Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. The role requires at least 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial or consumer credit, loan workout, special assets, or a related credit administration field, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Professional certifications such as CRC, CBA, or similar credit risk and lending certifications are preferred.
This position will involve direct report responsibilities, and the candidate must have the expertise to manage and resolve complex credit‑related challenges.
The Credit Resolution Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of Resolution Officers in the management and resolution of criticized, delinquent, and non‑performing credit relationships. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the team effectively monitors at‑risk loan portfolios, negotiates repayment arrangements, develops restructuring and workout strategies, and minimizes potential credit losses. Responsible for ensuring all resolution activities are conducted in accordance with Association credit policies, regulatory requirements, and borrower rights.
In addition to team leadership, the Credit Resolution Manager is accountable for ensuring the quality and consistency of borrower interactions, documentation, and compliance. This includes reviewing and approving distressed loan restructuring plans, forbearance agreements, and formal notices, as well as overseeing foreclosure actions and bankruptcy case management. Ensuring that all communications and actions taken by the team are properly documented and delivered in accordance with institutional standards and applicable laws.
This position requires a proactive approach to risk mitigation, a strong understanding of agricultural lending and legal frameworks, and the ability to guide a team through complex resolution processes. Fostering collaboration across departments, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and promoting a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Credit Resolution Group.

- Foster an environment of accountability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within the Credit Resolution Group by setting clear expectations, reinforcing best practices, and encouraging team development and operational excellence.
- Help develop and implement strategies for loan workouts, restructures, and recoveries in coordination with legal, lending, and collections teams.
