This position may require work beyond normal office hours and/or work on weekends.

This position may require travel for project activities and dissemination. Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Public health, working with grants, project management or related areas.
* A Master’s degree in a related field for basic health knowledge regarding public health risk factors for health and illness and interventions for ameliorating major public health problems related to chronic diseases and/or substance abuse.
* A research Master’s Degree in related data analytical field (e.g. public health, biostatistics)
* Three years or more related professional experience in clinical or public health field.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and guide all analytic aspects of project work.
* Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs/curriculum for youth.
* Experience developing innovative, engaging curricula, particularly in health, prevention, or wellness fields.
* Skilled in adapting program models to meet varied school and community needs.
* Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs/curriculum for youth.

* Ability to translate research findings into practical, evidence-informed strategies.
* Knowledge of implementation science and continuous quality improvement methods.
* Comfortable analyzing data to inform program decisions and outcomes.
* Experience communicating about evidence-based programs to educators, administrators, parents, and community stakeholders.
* Skilled in preparing reports, presentations, and outreach materials that explain program impacts.
* Ability to serve as a knowledgeable representative in professional or public settings.
* Professional background in substance use prevention, opioid misuse prevention, or behavioral/mental health awareness.
* Familiarity with evidence-based prevention models, trauma-informed approaches, and youth resilience frameworks.
* Comfortable delivering training, workshops, or technical assistance on behavioral health topics.
