Provides patient care under the direct visual supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or in a treatment room immediately adjacent to an RN;
Reports and documents all new and unusual incidents, information, complaints, or problems to the RN;
Sets up and primes equipment for renal replacement therapies as directed by the Fresenius Nurse;
Records vital signs, weight, and dialysis treatment parameters onto the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet;
Evaluates vascular access patency and monitors intradialytic status and reports to the RN
