Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist interested in operating an independent practice inside our established 24/7 fitness facility in College Station. This is a unique store-within-a-store model for a PT who wants autonomy, built-in foot traffic, and a strong referral pipeline from an active membership base.

• Private treatment room within an established gym
• Access to full gym floor and equipment for patient care
• Built-in referral opportunities from members and trainers
• Fitness-focused clientele
• Flexible schedule and control over your caseload
• Ability to build and grow your own practice
• Lease-based agreement for dedicated space (terms discussed privately)

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (DPT or equivalent)
• Entrepreneurial mindset or interest in building a private caseload
• Comfortable operating independently within a fitness setting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in injury prevention, return-to-training, and strength-based rehab
• Professional, self-directed, and collaborative

The Physical Therapist will license a designated treatment room and have access to the gym floor for movement-based rehabilitation and performance work. Our team values collaboration and aims to create a seamless bridge between training and rehabilitation for our members.
