Lead onsite and offsite banquet and catering events, supervising the Banquets and Conference Services team;
Determine and schedule staffing levels to maximize guest satisfaction per event and assess need for contract labor;
Assist in overseeing budgetary objectives for Banquets and Conference Services and communicate them to leadership;
Interview applicants to maintain a high-quality, dependable team and conduct coaching/counseling for staff;
Ensure accurate client billing and manage capital expenditures for conference spaces and equipment
