Check server’s and house person’s Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure information is accurate;
Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) at the beginning of each shift to ensure room is set as contracted;
Set tables, glassware, flatware and silverware per dining rules and specifications;
Greet and serve guests following policies for food and beverage service;
Maintain a proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest needs, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses
