PurposeTo attract, recruit, and help retain exceptional employees who align with Believe Therapies' mission, culture, and standards by developing strong talent pipelines, building relationships with universities with Speech, Physical, and Occupational therapy programs, strengthening employee engagement and retention, and authentically showcasing the people, culture, and client successes that demonstrate what it means to work at Believe Therapies.

Post Functions Recruitment & Talent Acquisition- Proactively recruit qualified candidates for open positions, with a primary emphasis on Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and related therapy positions.
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective candidates rather than relying solely on applicants responding to open positions.
- Develop and maintain effective recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Maintain current job postings and ensure positions are presented accurately and consistently with Believe Therapies' mission, culture, and employment experience.
- Screen applicants for minimum qualifications, communication ability, potential cultural alignment, and interest in Believe Therapies.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate appropriate next steps with the HR Administrator and hiring leaders.
- Maintain timely, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, references, offers, and pre-employment requirements with HR and the appropriate hiring leader.
- Track candidates throughout the recruiting process and ensure qualified candidates do not become stalled or lost due to lack of follow-up.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records and statistics and identify positions, disciplines, locations, or stages of the hiring process requiring additional attention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities that educate OT, PT, Speech, OTA, PTA, and SLPA candidates.
- Develop relationships with program directors, faculty, clinical education coordinators, career services departments, and student organizations as appropriate.
- Maintain an organized database of university contacts, programs, recruiting opportunities, career fairs, graduation cycles, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and maintain an annual university recruitment calendar based on graduation dates, career fairs, student events, and anticipated Believe Therapies staffing needs.
- Represent Believe Therapies at appropriate university career fairs, recruiting events, presentations, and other talent-development opportunities.
- Work with clinical leadership to identify appropriate opportunities to introduce students and new graduates to Believe Therapies.
- Develop long-term talent pipelines so university relationships result in qualified applicants and hires rather than functioning solely as outreach activities.
- Track the effectiveness of university relationships and recruiting activities.
- Develop long-term talent pipelines by introducing high school students to careers in Speech-Language Pathology (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Physical Therapy (PT) before college by establishing relationships with local high schools and attending relevant career-related events.
