OverviewResponsible for nursing and interdisciplinary student simulationeducation and related program support, equipment management, and content development and delivery. Work closely with nursingfaculty, students, and other stakeholders to ensure thatsimulation-based learning experiences are effective and aligned with educational goals.
Note:
The hours for this position are 11:00a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot technical and mechanicalaspects of the simulators and exam rooms, including the maintenance, cleaning, and reporting of any required repairs.
Attain mastery of simulator operations software and a comprehensive knowledge of hardware characteristics, including coordinating with vendors to resolve serious mechanical failures. Install software updates on computers and maintain manikin components as directed bymanufacturer support. Collaborate with Information Technology and simulation system vendors to install software updates and identify and isolate simulation system and network-related issues. Followsup on ticket resolutions. (35%)
