Operations Manager

As a DC Operations Manager at Ulta Beauty, you'll lead daily distribution center operations to ensure beauty products flow safely and efficiently to stores and e-commerce guests. Overseeing receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory accuracy, you'll drive performance through KPIs, labor planning and continuous improvement. You'll champion a guest-obsessed, inclusive culture, developing diverse teams and partnering across supply chain to support Ulta Beauty's fast-paced growth and exceptional guest experiences nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for Ulta Beauty's distribution center to ensure safe, efficient flow of retail product to stores and e-commerce guests.
• Manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping and inventory accuracy within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Drive performance through KPIs, labor planning, process improvement and effective use of warehouse systems and automation.
• Champion a guest-obsessed, inclusive culture by coaching and developing supervisors and associates.
• Partner with supply chain, transportation and store operations to meet service levels, productivity and quality goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, OSHA and company standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
