Position: ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLER

Role Overview

In this role, you will assemble, build, and inspect precision electronic sub-assemblies and final products following engineering blueprints, schematics, and standard operating procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong mechanical aptitude, and maintains high standards for quality and workmanship.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components, printed circuit boards (PCBs), cable harnesses, and mechanical enclosures using hand tools and soldering equipment.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions (SOPs).
  • Perform precise hand soldering (through-hole and surface-mount components) to industry IPC standards.
  • Perform visual in-process inspection and functional testing of completed assemblies to identify and correct defects.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, adhering to all ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control standards and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to resolve assembly issues and improve efficiency.

Working hours:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills
  • Experience working under ESD-sensitive and cleanroom or controlled-environment protocols.
  • Familiarity with point-to-point wiring, wire crimping, and cable harness assembly.
  • Basic computer literacy for logging work orders and component tracking in manufacturing software.
Education

High School

Experience

1-4 years

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1???2 years of experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical environment.
  • Proven ability to perform precision hand soldering.
  • Strong ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and written assembly instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity, fine-motor control, and steady hands for handling tiny components.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot quality flaws.
