Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and/or verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements include a current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Total rewards include a salary of $254K - $294K plus call pay potential to make up to $400k+, sign-on incentives (bonus with/without retention, training assistance, or loan repayment): $50K, generous paid time off, generous benefits package, including health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance, flexible spending accounts/health savings accounts, 401(k), profit sharing (applicable to NAPA practices), fully paid malpractice insurance coverage, and leadership and professional development opportunities.
