• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all patient care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Develop and manage department budgets and resources
• Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and empathy within the nursing department

• Current RN licensure
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
