$140,000–$170,000 Base Salary + $50,000 Signing Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Lead DVM to join an established, highly regarded 3-doctor veterinary team in College Station, Texas
.

This is a clinical leadership position within a modern, well-equipped small animal hospital known for delivering exceptional patient care, strong client relationships, and a supportive team culture.

• Lead delivery of high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship within the veterinary team

• Help drive clinical standards, protocols, and hospital excellence
• Support continuous improvement in patient care and service delivery
• $50,000 signing bonus

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
