Job Description
The Postdoctoral Researcher will perform research in microfluidics, lab‑on‑a‑chip, and organ‑on‑a‑chip systems in the Nano Bio Systems Laboratory. The project will be highly interdisciplinary and fast‑paced, collaborating with labs in microbial pathogenesis, environmental microbiology, and bioinformatics. The candidate is expected to work with graduate students and postdoctoral researchers, publish results in journals, write project reports, and assist with proposal preparation.

- Doctoral degree
- Doctoral degree in Science and/or Engineering
- Extensive experience in microfluidic, lab‑on‑a‑chip, organ‑on‑a‑chip system development and their applications.
- Experience in handling cells (mammalian cells, microorganisms) in microsystems.
- Experience in performing original research and publishing high‑quality research papers.
- Experience in assisting proposal writing to funding agencies.
- Extensive experience in micro/nano fabrication in cleanroom environment.
- Knowledge of current research, issues, and innovations in microsystems.
- Strong expertise in various engineering disciplines, including electrical, materials, and mechanical engineering.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
