Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
- -Participate in ongoing research projects in the lab focusing on insect chemical ecology on mechanisms and applications of plant-insect interactions.
- -Conducting lab, greenhouse, and field experimental work, analyzing data, preparing reports
- -Research manuscripts
- -Develop and submit research proposals to funding agencies
- -Other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Entomology or related field
Preferred Education:PhD in Entomology or related field
Preferred Experience:Chemical ecology research skills and techniques. Experience with chemical/molecular ecology techniques, biological control of insects, and/or field research.
