** Position Information
** The Research Technician I, under general supervision performs entry level, semi-skilled, technical support research work involving performance of routine tasks. This position supervises and participates in farm work and greenhouse maintenance.
** Responsibilities:
*** 20% – Assist with maintaining the grounds and property, including mowing, cleaning, and general maintenance of greenhouses.
* 40% – Assist with data collection for the Ball trial, including potting, planting, and other trial-related activities.
* 20% – Perform routine watering and ensure plants receive appropriate care.
* 10% – Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
** Required Qualfications:
*** High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Two years of related experience.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.

** Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications. This is an hourly paid position.
