Morning availability beginning at 5:30 AM is required for this position! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your expertise in customer service and coffee knowledge will ensure that each guest has an exceptional experience.

• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items and coffee, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee, food items, and supplies; assist with restocking as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Must be able to execute Company's Core Standards

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic knowledge of retail math and cash register operations is beneficial.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
