This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in College Station, TX. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all daily operations, including leading and motivating the team, managing store performance, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising team members, overseeing inventory management, implementing company policies, and maintaining an organized and engaging store environment. The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in achieving sales goals, fostering a positive team culture, and delivering a memorable shopping experience to customers.

- Prior retail management experience, preferably in specialty or sports merchandising, is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
